We strive to be fair and transparent with all our members. Below, we outline our policies for pausing or canceling memberships, including special considerations for medical reasons.
1. Membership Pausing or Cancellation for Non-Defective Reasons:
If you wish to pause or cancel your membership for any reason other than medical, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to work with you to pause your membership for a limited time or adjust your billing. 2. Membership Pausing or Cancellation for Medical Reasons:
If you need to pause or cancel your membership due to a medical condition, we are happy to assist you. We may offer to pause your membership for a specified period or cancel it without penalty, depending on your circumstances. You may be asked to provide medical documentation for verification. Membership Details
Delivery times: Once your membership payment is processed, you can begin using our facilities and start working out on the same day.
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit cards or via local bank transfer
Payment Period: Payments for memberships are processed on the 1st of each month.
Prices: Starting from ¥8,000 depending on the type of the membership.
